About this gene: The RAB2A protein belongs to the Rab family, members of which are small molecular weight guanosine triphosphatases that contain highly conserved domains involved in GTP binding and hydrolysis. The Rabs are membrane-bound proteins, involved in vesicular fusion and trafficking. The RAB2A protein is a resident of pre-Golgi intermediates, and is required for protein transport from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi complex.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
