SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PYDC1 (pyrin domain containing 1, also called cPOP1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PYDC1 qPCR Primer Set – pyrin domain containing 1
Also known as: ASC2, POP1, PYC1, cPOP1
About this gene: PYDC1 enables protein serine/threonine kinase binding activity and protein serine/threonine kinase inhibitor activity. It is involved in innate immune response; negative regulation of signal transduction; and positive regulation of interleukin-1 beta production.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 260434; HGNC ID: HGNC:30261; UniProt: Q8WXC3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_152901.4; Chromosome location: 16p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
