About this gene: PEX19 is necessary for early peroxisomal biogenesis. The PEX19 gene product acts both as a cytosolic chaperone and as an import receptor for peroxisomal membrane proteins. Peroxins are proteins that are essential for the assembly of functional peroxisomes.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
