About this gene: The PWP1 protein contains multiple WD-40 repeats and is found mostly in the nucleus. The expression and localization of this protein are cell cycle dependent. Expression of PWP1 is upregulated in pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
