About this gene: The WDR19 protein belongs to the WD repeat family, which is a large family of structurally-related proteins known to participate in a wide range of cellular processes. Each WD repeat typically contains about 40 amino acids that are usually bracketed by glycine-histidine and tryptophan-aspartic acid dipeptides. The WDR19 protein contains six WD repeats, three transmembrane domains, and a clathrin heavy-chain repeat.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
