SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PUS7 (pseudouridine synthase 7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PUS7 qPCR Primer Set – pseudouridine synthase 7
Also known as: IDDABS
About this gene: PUS7 enables enzyme binding activity and tRNA pseudouridine synthase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including pseudouridine synthesis; regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation; and regulation of mesoderm development. Is active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54517; HGNC ID: HGNC:26033; UniProt: Q96PZ0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_019042.5; Chromosome location: 7q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
