SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PUM2 (pumilio RNA binding family member 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PUM2 qPCR Primer Set – pumilio RNA binding family member 2
Also known as: PUMH2, PUML2
About this gene: PUM2 encodes a protein that belongs to a family of RNA-binding proteins. The PUM2 protein acts as a translational repressor during embryonic development and cell differentiation. The PUM2 protein is also thought to be a positive regulator of cell proliferation in adipose-derived stem cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23369; HGNC ID: HGNC:14958; UniProt: Q8TB72; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015317.5; Chromosome location: 2p24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
