SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTPRJ (protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type J, also called R-PTP-J) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTPRJ qPCR Primer Set – protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type J
Also known as: CD148, DEP1, HPTP eta, HPTPeta, R-PTP-ETA, R-PTP-J, SCC1, THC10
About this gene: The PTPRJ protein belongs to the protein tyrosine phosphatase family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP possesses an extracellular region containing five fibronectin type III repeats, a single transmembrane region, and a single intracytoplasmic catalytic domain, and thus represents a receptor-type PTP. This protein is present in all hematopoietic lineages.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5795; HGNC ID: HGNC:9673; UniProt: Q12913; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002843.4; Chromosome location: 11p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
