SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTPRH (protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type H, also called R-PTP-H) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTPRH qPCR Primer Set – protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type H
Also known as: R-PTP-H, SAP1
About this gene: The PTPRH protein belongs to the protein tyrosine phosphatase family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP possesses an extracellular region, a single transmembrane region, and a single intracytoplasmic catalytic domain, and thus represents a receptor-type PTP. The extracellular region contains eight fibronectin type III-like repeats and multiple N-glycosylation sites.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5794; HGNC ID: HGNC:9672; UniProt: Q9HD43; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002842.5; Chromosome location: 19q13.42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
