SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTPRF (protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type F, also called LAR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTPRF qPCR Primer Set – protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type F
Also known as: BNAH2, LAR
About this gene: The PTPRF protein belongs to the protein tyrosine phosphatase family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP possesses an extracellular region, a single transmembrane region, and two tandem intracytoplasmic catalytic domains, and thus represents a receptor-type PTP. The extracellular region contains three Ig-like domains.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5792; HGNC ID: HGNC:9670; UniProt: P10586; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002840.5; Chromosome location: 1p34.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
