SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTPRE (protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type E, also called R-PTP-epsilon) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTPRE qPCR Primer Set – protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type E
Also known as: HPTPE, PTPE, R-PTP-EPSILON
About this gene: The PTPRE protein belongs to the protein tyrosine phosphatase family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5791; HGNC ID: HGNC:9669; UniProt: P23469; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006504.6; Chromosome location: 10q26.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
