SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTPRCAP (protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type C associated protein, also called CD45-AP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTPRCAP qPCR Primer Set – protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type C associated protein
Also known as: CD45-AP, LPAP
About this gene: The PTPRCAP protein was identified as a transmembrane phosphoprotein specifically linked to tyrosine phosphatase PTPRC/CD45, a key regulator of T- and B-lymphocyte activation. The interaction with PTPRC may be required for the stable expression of this protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5790; HGNC ID: HGNC:9667; UniProt: Q14761; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005608.3; Chromosome location: 11q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
