SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTPN3 (protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 3, also called PTP-H1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTPN3 qPCR Primer Set – protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 3
Also known as: PTP-H1, PTPH1
About this gene: The PTPN3 protein belongs to the protein tyrosine phosphatase family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. The PTPN3 protein contains a C-terminal PTP domain and an N-terminal domain homologous to the band 4.1 superfamily of cytoskeletal-associated proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5774; HGNC ID: HGNC:9655; UniProt: P26045; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002829.4; Chromosome location: 9q31.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
