SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTPN13 (protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 13, also called PTP-BAS) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTPN13 qPCR Primer Set – protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 13
Also known as: FAP-1, PNP1, PTP-BAS, PTP-BL, PTP1E, PTPL1, PTPLE, hPTP1E
About this gene: The PTPN13 protein belongs to the protein tyrosine phosphatase family. PTPs are signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP is a large intracellular protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5783; HGNC ID: HGNC:9646; UniProt: Q12923; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_080683.3; Chromosome location: 4q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
