SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTPN12 (protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 12, also called PTPG1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTPN12 qPCR Primer Set – protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 12
Also known as: PTP-PEST, PTPG1
About this gene: The PTPN12 protein belongs to the protein tyrosine phosphatase family. PTPs are signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP contains a C-terminal PEST motif, which serves as a protein-protein interaction domain, and may regulate protein intracellular half-life.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5782; HGNC ID: HGNC:9645; UniProt: Q05209; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002835.4; Chromosome location: 7q11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
