SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTPN11 (protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 11, also called Shp2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTPN11 qPCR Primer Set – protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 11
Also known as: BPTP3, CFC, JMML, METCDS, NS1, PTP-1D, PTP2C, SH-PTP2, SH-PTP3, SHP2
About this gene: The PTPN11 protein belongs to the protein tyrosine phosphatase family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP contains two tandem Src homology-2 domains, which function as phospho-tyrosine binding domains and mediate the interaction of this PTP with its substrates.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5781; HGNC ID: HGNC:9644; UniProt: Q06124; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002834.5; Chromosome location: 12q24.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
