About this gene: The BANK1 protein is a B-cell-specific scaffold protein that functions in B-cell receptor-induced calcium mobilization from intracellular stores. The BANK1 protein can also promote Lyn-mediated tyrosine phosphorylation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptors. Polymorphisms in BANK1 are linked to susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
