SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTP4A1 (protein tyrosine phosphatase 4A1, also called CAAXI) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTP4A1 qPCR Primer Set – protein tyrosine phosphatase 4A1
Also known as: HH72, PRL-1, PRL1, PTP(CAAX1), PTPCAAX1
About this gene: PTP4A1 belongs to a small class of prenylated protein tyrosine phosphatases, which contain a PTP domain and a characteristic C-terminal prenylation motif. The PTP4A1 protein is a cell signaling molecule that plays regulatory roles in a variety of cellular processes, including cell proliferation and migration. The protein may also be involved in cancer development and metastasis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7803; HGNC ID: HGNC:9634; UniProt: Q93096; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003463.5; Chromosome location: 6q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
