About this gene: The TWF2 protein was identified by its interaction with the catalytic domain of protein kinase C-zeta. The TWF2 protein contains an actin-binding site and an ATP-binding site. The TWF2 gene product is most closely related to twinfilin, a conserved actin monomer-binding protein.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
