SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTGER1 (prostaglandin E receptor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTGER1 qPCR Primer Set – prostaglandin E receptor 1
Also known as: EP1
About this gene: The PTGER1 protein belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor family. The PTGER1 protein is one of four receptors identified for prostaglandin E2. Through a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system, G-Q proteins mediate this receptor's activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5731; HGNC ID: HGNC:9593; UniProt: P34995; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000955.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
