SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTCRA (pre T cell antigen receptor alpha, also called pTa) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTCRA qPCR Primer Set – pre T cell antigen receptor alpha
Also known as: IMD126, PT-ALPHA, PTA
About this gene: The PTCRA protein is a single-pass type I membrane protein that is found in immmature but not mature T-cells. Along with TCRB and CD3 complex, the PTCRA protein forms the pre-T-cell receptor complex, which regulates early T-cell development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 171558; HGNC ID: HGNC:21290; UniProt: Q6ISU1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_138296.3; Chromosome location: 6p21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
