SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PSPN (persephin, also called PSP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PSPN qPCR Primer Set – persephin
Also known as: PSP
About this gene: PSPN encodes a secreted ligand of the GDNF subfamily and TGF-beta superfamily of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate the mature protein. The PSPN protein signals through the RET receptor tyrosine kinase and a GPI-linked coreceptor, and promotes survival of neuronal populations.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5623; HGNC ID: HGNC:9579; UniProt: O60542; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004158.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
