SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PSMD14 (proteasome 26S subunit, non-ATPase 14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PSMD14 qPCR Primer Set – proteasome 26S subunit, non-ATPase 14
Also known as: PAD1, POH1, RPN11
About this gene: PSMD14 encodes a component of the 26S proteasome. The 26S proteasome is a large multiprotein complex that catalyzes the degradation of ubiquitinated intracellular proteins. The PSMD14 protein is a component of the 19S regulatory cap complex of the 26S proteasome and mediates substrate deubiquitination.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10213; HGNC ID: HGNC:16889; UniProt: O00487; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005805.6; Chromosome location: 2q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
