SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PSMD10 (proteasome 26S subunit, non-ATPase 10, also called GANK) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PSMD10 qPCR Primer Set – proteasome 26S subunit, non-ATPase 10
Also known as: dJ889N15.2, p28, p28(GANK)
About this gene: PSMD10 encodes a subunit of the PA700/19S complex, which is the regulatory component of the 26S proteasome. The 26S proteosome complex is required for ubiquitin-dependent protein degradation. The PSMD10 protein is a non-ATPase subunit that may be involved in protein-protein interactions.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5716; HGNC ID: HGNC:9555; UniProt: O75832; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002814.4; Chromosome location: Xq22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
