Product Description

SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PSMC5 (proteasome 26S subunit, ATPase 5, also called TRIP1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.

Human PSMC5 qPCR Primer Set – proteasome 26S subunit, ATPase 5

Also known as: RPT6, S8, SUG-1, SUG1, TBP10, TRIP1, YKNS, p45, p45/SUG

About this gene: The 26S proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered structure composed of 2 complexes, a 20S core and a 19S regulator. The 20S core is composed of 4 rings of 28 non-identical subunits; 2 rings are composed of 7 alpha subunits and 2 rings are composed of 7 beta subunits. The 19S regulator is composed of a base, which contains 6 ATPase subunits and 2 non-ATPase subunits, and a lid, which contains up to 10 non-ATPase subunits.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5705; HGNC ID: HGNC:9552; UniProt: P62195; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002805.6; Chromosome location: 17q23.3

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
