SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PSMA4 (proteasome 20S subunit alpha 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PSMA4 qPCR Primer Set – proteasome 20S subunit alpha 4
Also known as: HC9, HsT17706, PSC9
About this gene: PSMA4 encodes a core alpha subunit of the 20S proteosome, which is a highly ordered ring-shaped structure composed of four rings of 28 non-identical subunits. Proteasomes cleave peptides in an ATP- and ubiquitin-dependent manner.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5685; HGNC ID: HGNC:9533; UniProt: P25789; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002789.6; Chromosome location: 15q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
