SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PSMA3 (proteasome 20S subunit alpha 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PSMA3 qPCR Primer Set – proteasome 20S subunit alpha 3
Also known as: HC8, PSC3
About this gene: The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered ring-shaped 20S core structure. The core structure is composed of 4 rings of 28 non-identical subunits; 2 rings are composed of 7 alpha subunits and 2 rings are composed of 7 beta subunits. Proteasomes are distributed throughout eukaryotic cells at a high concentration and cleave peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent process in a non-lysosomal pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5684; HGNC ID: HGNC:9532; UniProt: P25788; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002788.4; Chromosome location: 14q23.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
