SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PSKH2 (protein serine kinase H2, also called PSK-H2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PSKH2 qPCR Primer Set – protein serine kinase H2
About this gene: PSKH2 is predicted to enable protein serine/threonine kinase activity. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 85481; HGNC ID: HGNC:18997; UniProt: Q96QS6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033126.3; Chromosome location: 8q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
