SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PSG9 (pregnancy specific beta-1-glycoprotein 9, also called PS34) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PSG9 qPCR Primer Set – pregnancy specific beta-1-glycoprotein 9
Also known as: PS-beta-B, PS-beta-G-9, PS34, PSBG-9, PSG11, PSGII
About this gene: The PSG9 protein belongs to the pregnancy-specific glycoprotein family. The PSG9 protein family and the closely related carcinoembryonic antigen cell adhesion molecule gene family are both members of the immunoglobulin superfamily, and are organized as a large gene cluster. The PSG9 protein is believed to inhibit platelet-fibrinogen interactions.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5678; HGNC ID: HGNC:9526; UniProt: Q00887; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002784.5; Chromosome location: 19q13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
