Human PSG11 qPCR Primer Set – pregnancy specific beta-1-glycoprotein 11
Also known as: PSBG-11, PSBG-13, PSG13, PSG14
About this gene: The human pregnancy-specific glycoproteins are a group of molecules that are mainly produced by the placental syncytiotrophoblasts during pregnancy. PSGs comprise a subgroup of the carcinoembryonic antigen family, which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. For additional general information about the PSG gene family, see PSG1.[supplied by OMIM, Oct 2009].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5680; HGNC ID: HGNC:9516; UniProt: Q9UQ72; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002785.3; Chromosome location: 19q13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
