SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CYTIP (cytohesin 1 interacting protein, also called CYBR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CYTIP qPCR Primer Set – cytohesin 1 interacting protein
Also known as: B3-1, CASP, CYBR, CYTHIP, HE, PSCDBP
About this gene: The CYTIP protein contains 2 leucine zipper domains and a putative C-terminal nuclear targeting signal, but does not have any hydrophobic regions. The CYTIP protein is expressed weakly in resting NK and T cells. The CYTIP protein modulates the activation of ARF genes by CYTH1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9595; HGNC ID: HGNC:9506; UniProt: O60759; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004288.5; Chromosome location: 2q24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
