SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CYTH4 (cytohesin 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CYTH4 qPCR Primer Set – cytohesin 4
Also known as: CYT4, DJ63G5.1, PSCD4, cytohesin-4
About this gene: CYTH4 belongs to the PSCD family of proteins, which have an N-terminal coiled-coil motif, a central Sec7 domain, and a C-terminal pleckstrin homology domain. The coiled-coil motif is involved in homodimerization, the Sec7 domain contains guanine-nucleotide exchange protein activity, and the PH domain interacts with phospholipids and is responsible for association of PSCDs with membranes. Members of this family function as GEPs for ADP-ribosylation factors, which are guanine nucleotide-binding proteins involved in vesicular trafficking pathways.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27128; HGNC ID: HGNC:9505; UniProt: Q9UIA0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013385.5; Chromosome location: 22q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
