SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CYTH3 (cytohesin 3, also called Grp1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CYTH3 qPCR Primer Set – cytohesin 3
Also known as: ARNO3, GRP1, PSCD3, cytohesin-3
About this gene: CYTH3 belongs to the PSCD family. PSCD family members have identical structural organization that consists of an N-terminal coiled-coil motif, a central Sec7 domain, and a C-terminal pleckstrin homology domain. The coiled-coil motif is involved in homodimerization, the Sec7 domain contains guanine-nucleotide exchange protein activity, and the PH domain interacts with phospholipids and is responsible for association of PSCDs with membranes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9265; HGNC ID: HGNC:9504; UniProt: O43739; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004227.4; Chromosome location: 7p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
