SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CYTH1 (cytohesin 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CYTH1 qPCR Primer Set – cytohesin 1
Also known as: B2-1, CYTOHESIN-1, D17S811E, PSCD1, SEC7
About this gene: The CYTH1 protein belongs to the PSCD family. Members of this family have identical structural organization that consists of an N-terminal coiled-coil motif, a central Sec7 domain, and a C-terminal pleckstrin homology domain. The coiled-coil motif is involved in homodimerization, the Sec7 domain contains guanine-nucleotide exchange protein activity, and the PH domain interacts with phospholipids and is responsible for association of PSCDs with membranes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9267; HGNC ID: HGNC:9501; UniProt: Q15438; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004762.6; Chromosome location: 17q25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
