About this gene: PARL belongs to the rhomboid family of intramembrane serine proteases that is localized to the inner mitochondrial membrane. The PARL protein regulates mitochondrial remodeling and apoptosis through regulated substrate proteolysis. Proteolytic processing of the PARL protein leads to the release of a small peptide, P-beta, which may transit to the nucleus.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
