SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD177 (CD177 molecule, also called HNA-2a) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CD177 qPCR Primer Set – CD177 molecule
Also known as: HNA-2, HNA-2a, HNA2A, NB1, NB1 GP, PRV-1, PRV1
About this gene: CD177 encodes a glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol-linked cell surface glycoprotein that is involved in neutrophil activation. The protein can bind platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 and function in neutrophil transmigration. Mutations in CD177 are linked to myeloproliferative diseases.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57126; HGNC ID: HGNC:30072; UniProt: Q8N6Q3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020406.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
