SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMPRSS15 (transmembrane serine protease 15, also called Enterokinase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMPRSS15 qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane serine protease 15
Also known as: ENTK, PRSS7
About this gene: TMPRSS15 encodes a enzyme that converts the pancreatic proenzyme trypsinogen to trypsin, which activates other proenzymes including chymotrypsinogen and procarboxypeptidases. The precursor protein is cleaved into two chains that form a heterodimer linked by a disulfide bond. The TMPRSS15 protein belongs to the trypsin family of peptidases.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5651; HGNC ID: HGNC:9490; UniProt: P98073; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002772.3; Chromosome location: 21q21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
