About this gene: PRSS21 encodes a cell-surface anchored serine protease, which belongs to the trypsin family of serine proteases. The PRSS21 protein is predicted to be active on peptide linkages involving the carboxyl group of lysine or arginine. The PRSS21 protein localizes to the cytoplasm and the plasma membrane of premeiotic testicular germ cells and may be involved in progression of testicular tumors of germ cell origin.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
