SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HTRA1 (HtrA serine peptidase 1, also called L56) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HTRA1 qPCR Primer Set – HtrA serine peptidase 1
Also known as: ARMD7, CADASIL2, CARASIL, CARASIL2, HtrA, L56, ORF480, PRSS11
About this gene: HTRA1 belongs to the trypsin family of serine proteases. The HTRA1 protein is a secreted enzyme that is proposed to regulate the availability of insulin-like growth factors by cleaving IGF-binding proteins. The HTRA1 gene product has also been suggested to be a regulator of cell growth.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5654; HGNC ID: HGNC:9476; UniProt: Q92743; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002775.5; Chromosome location: 10q26.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
