About this gene: PRSS1 encodes a trypsinogen, which belongs to the trypsin family of serine proteases. This enzyme is secreted by the pancreas and cleaved to its active form in the small intestine. The PRSS1 gene product is active on peptide linkages involving the carboxyl group of lysine or arginine.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
