SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SENP8 (SUMO peptidase family member, NEDD8 specific) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SENP8 qPCR Primer Set – SUMO peptidase family member, NEDD8 specific
Also known as: DEN1, NEDP1, PRSC2
About this gene: SENP8 encodes a cysteine protease that belongs to the sentrin-specific protease family. The SENP8 protein is involved in processing and deconjugation of the ubiquitin-like protein termed, neural precursor cell expressed developmentally downregulated 8.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 123228; HGNC ID: HGNC:22992; UniProt: Q96LD8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_145204.4; Chromosome location: 15q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
