About this gene: Pre-mRNA splicing occurs in two sequential transesterification steps, and the protein encoded by PRP4K is believed to be involved in pre-mRNA splicing and in signal transduction. The PRP4K protein belongs to a kinase family that includes serine/arginine-rich protein-specific kinases and cyclin-dependent kinases. The PRP4K protein is regarded as a CDK-like kinase with homology to mitogen-activated protein kinases.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
