SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRPF4 (pre-mRNA splicing tri-snRNP complex factor PRPF4, also called hPrp4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRPF4 qPCR Primer Set – pre-mRNA splicing tri-snRNP complex factor PRPF4
Also known as: HPRP4, HPRP4P, PRP4, Prp4p, RP70, SNRNP60
About this gene: The PRPF4 protein is part of a heteromeric complex that binds U4, U5, and U6 small nuclear RNAs and is involved in pre-mRNA splicing. The PRPF4 protein also is a mitotic checkpoint protein and a regulator of chemoresistance in human ovarian cancer.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9128; HGNC ID: HGNC:17349; UniProt: O43172; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001244926.2; Chromosome location: 9q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
