SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRPF39 (pre-mRNA processing factor 39) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRPF39 qPCR Primer Set – pre-mRNA processing factor 39
About this gene: Predicted to contribute to pre-mRNA 5'-splice site binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in mRNA 5'-splice site recognition. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55015; HGNC ID: HGNC:20314; UniProt: Q86UA1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017922.4; Chromosome location: 14q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
