SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRPF31 (pre-mRNA processing factor 31, also called hPrp31) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRPF31 qPCR Primer Set – pre-mRNA processing factor 31
Also known as: NY-BR-99, PRP31, RP11, SNRNP61
About this gene: PRPF31 encodes a component of the spliceosome complex and is one of multiple retinitis pigmentosa-causing genes. When the gene product is added to the spliceosome complex, activation occurs.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26121; HGNC ID: HGNC:15446; UniProt: Q8WWY3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015629.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
