SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRPF18 (pre-mRNA processing factor 18, also called hPRP18) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PRPF18 qPCR Primer Set – pre-mRNA processing factor 18
Also known as: PRP18, hPrp18
About this gene: Pre-mRNA splicing occurs in 2 sequential transesterification steps. The PRPF18 protein is found to be essential for the catalytic step II in pre-mRNA splicing process. The PRPF18 gene product is found in the spliceosome, and contains seven WD repeats, which function in protein-protein interactions.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8559; HGNC ID: HGNC:17351; UniProt: Q99633; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003675.4; Chromosome location: 10p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
