SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BAD (BCL2 associated agonist of cell death) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human BAD qPCR Primer Set – BCL2 associated agonist of cell death
Also known as: BBC2, BCL2L8
About this gene: The BAD protein belongs to the BCL-2 family. BCL-2 family members are known to be regulators of programmed cell death. The BAD protein positively regulates cell apoptosis by forming heterodimers with BCL-xL and BCL-2, and reversing their death repressor activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 572; HGNC ID: HGNC:936; UniProt: Q92934; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032989.3; Chromosome location: 11q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
