SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SMR3A (submaxillary gland androgen regulated protein 3A) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human SMR3A qPCR Primer Set – submaxillary gland androgen regulated protein 3A
Also known as: P-B1, PBI, PRL5, PROL5
About this gene: SMR3A is predicted to enable endopeptidase inhibitor activity. It is predicted to be involved in regulation of sensory perception of pain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26952; HGNC ID: HGNC:19216; UniProt: Q99954; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012390.4; Chromosome location: 4q13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
