SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ITSN2 (intersectin 2, also called SH3P18) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ITSN2 qPCR Primer Set – intersectin 2
Also known as: PRO2015, SH3D1B, SH3P18, SWA, SWAP
About this gene: ITSN2 encodes a cytoplasmic protein which contains SH3 domains. The ITSN2 protein belongs to a family of proteins involved in clathrin-mediated endocytosis. Intersectin 2 is believed to regulate the formation of clathrin-coated vesicles and also may function in the induction of T cell antigen receptor endocytosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 50618; HGNC ID: HGNC:6184; UniProt: Q9NZM3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006277.3; Chromosome location: 2p23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
