SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human EIF4B (eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4B, also called eIF-4B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human EIF4B qPCR Primer Set – eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4B
Also known as: EIF-4B, PRO1843
About this gene: EIF4B enables RNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in regulation of translational initiation. Predicted to be active in nucleus and postsynapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1975; HGNC ID: HGNC:3285; UniProt: P23588; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001417.7; Chromosome location: 12q13.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
